Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of various landscapes, ensuring that our clients’ outdoor spaces are well-kept and inviting. This position requires a passion for groundskeeping and landscape maintenance, as well as a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a neat appearance.
- Assist in landscape maintenance by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as mulching and weeding.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete landscaping tasks.
- Conduct irrigation system checks and perform necessary adjustments to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to execute hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to promote safety and efficiency on job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols while performing duties to prevent accidents or injuries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, including irrigation techniques and plant care.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physical stamina for lifting and moving materials.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
