We’re Sutherland, and we are now seeking self-motivated Technical Support Representatives to provide Level II support, via phone and chat, for one of the world’s leading telecommunications brands. These positions are located on-site at our Windsor facility.
Job Description
In this role, you will use your technical savvy along with your strong customer service and troubleshooting skills to provide Tier 2 support to customers and technicians working onsite at customer premises to resolve issues related to phone, tv, and internet connectivity and hardware technical support. You will have the opportunity to showcase your superior customer support and troubleshooting skills while developing your expertise in all aspects of customer service and technology.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support a high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- Proven ability to multitask demonstrated through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications preferred
