What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oil Lube Technician position at Sutherlin Subaru?
Sutherlin Subaru is growing, AGAIN! We are looking for new team members to help fill those positions.
- Perform Express Oil Change Duties: Changing oil, performing multi point inspections, rotate tires, filters, top off fluids.
- Advise on any additional work needed
- Adhere to policies, procedures and safety standards
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas
- During down time clean up shop:
- Take out garbage, cardboard, and scrap to appropriate dumpsters.
- Sweep up work areas (not just express, but around shop)
- Refill fluids (washer fluid, coolant jugs, filters, etc)
- Complete all required Subaru training in timely manner
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in automotive maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
