Job Description:
As a Toyota Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles. You will work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment to provide superior service to our customers. This position requires an individual who is punctual, has a great attitude, and is committed to providing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on Toyota vehicles using modern equipment and tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete work orders and related paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Provide top-notch customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors and customers.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
- Stay current with the latest Toyota service updates, training, and technology.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in the mentoring of junior technicians when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, specifically with Toyota or similar vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to high-quality standards.
- ASE certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or training preferred.
