Suttell & Hammer offers a great place to continue an early legal career and supplement prior litigation experience. Our CA attorney would work closely with our small team of CA lawyers with the assistance of a large Legal Assistant support staff. This position is remote and requires some travel to court.

Qualifications
- Required Education - JD
- Actively barred in California
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledgeable regarding litigation practice, the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and federal statutes such as the FDCPA is a plus
- Actively barred in additional states
Responsibilities
- Regularly appear in court - remotely with some in person
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
- Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial
