Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) seeks to hire BE / BC Medical Oncologists to be part of our growing and collaborative team throughout the Bay Area in the following communities :
- Antioch
- Berkeley
- Castro Valley
Sutter is expanding services to cancer patients in the East Bay Market, one of six market areas for Sutter Health. SEBMG currently employs five medical oncologists in our Berkeley-based cancer center and, to better serve our community, we plan to add medical oncology care and infusion services to a new location in Antioch, California in the summer of 2024. This site will be one of several that will integrate with our state-of-the-art comprehensive cancer center in Oakland slated to open in the spring of 2026, co-branded with an NCI-designated academic medical center.
Ideal candidates are medical oncologists with 3-5 years of experience providing cancer care post-fellowship. Support for cancer care will be coordinated centrally for all East Bay cancer sites to ensure that patients have a seamless experience of care at Sutter Health.
