Responsibilities:
- Conducts comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develops and implements individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in ICU nursing
- Current CA RN license
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
