- Responsible for the application or repair of concrete materials. Unloads materials, cleans off roof, applies concrete material, and cleans site after job is complete.
Daily Responsibilities
- Safe Operation of a Strong Deckmate Mixer/Placer (will train)
- Unload materials and equipment from truck.
- Lift materials and equipment onto roof using pulleys, ladder and/or crane.
- Ensure there is enough material for entire roof.
- Proper and safe use of equipment, scaffolding, and hoists.
- Safely install insulation and concrete materials with the proper tools, in accordance with approved plans
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and provide additional cleanup duties as needed
Special Position Requirements
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Physically capable of performing operations that require body movement, lifting, and similar functions sometimes at heights and adverse climatic conditions
- Stand for longer periods of time
- Projects may require working extended hours, nights, or weekends if needed to meet schedule and/ or goals.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
