Job Description

Job Title : Occupational Therapist

Job Specialty : OT Outpatient

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 4x8-Hour (9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM)

Guaranteed Hours : Not specified

Experience : Minimum of 2 years required

License : Valid state license required

Certifications :

Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
BLS certification (Must be American Heart Association certified)
OT-Occupational Therapist or CHT-Certified Hand Therapist

Must-Have :

Epic charting experience preferred

Ability to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing

Background checks to be disclosed prior to submission

Job Description :

Schedule will be determined during the interview process

Acceptance of local applicants, with the understanding that local rates apply

Completion of orientation modules, averaging 1-5 non-billable hours, with any excess hours being billable during the orientation phase

Modules are completed through e-learning platforms and arranged by specialty

Only one holiday request will be approved during the term

Modules are included in the orientation period, totaling 16 hours
