Job description
The Collision Center Parts Coordinator will be responsible for assisting technicians and estimators in identifying and ordering needed parts and supplies for collision repair, then ensure correct parts are received, verified, and staged in a timely manner. This is a Fast-Paced position tracking incoming and outgoing parts for the collision center
· Pulling and re-stocking inventory in parts dept.
· Reconcile incoming parts against their respective invoices to identify short orders.
· Manage Return Parts Process
· Coordinating, Communicate and Deliver Parts to Collision Techs.
· Communicate in a clear, consistent and professional manner.
· Advise proper personnel when wrong or damaged parts are received for work in progress.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We PREFER a candidate to have experience (knowledge and experience with CCC one).
· Prefer candidates to have experience in an Auto Parts/Collision Center environment.
· Ability to “Think On Your Feet” in a Fast-Paced environment
· Must be able to lift and organize boxes in excess of 50 lbs. in a warehouse environment.
· Must have computer proficiency.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Must be able to work well in a team with co-workers.
· Prefer candidates to have Retail Parts Counter Experience.
