Essential Functions
A: Job Specific:
- Manages existing and new contracts on all vendors. Reviewing term details and monitoring/tracking expiration and renewal dates.
- Liaisons with appropriate departments regarding SLA's and contractual requirements.
- Reviews contracts for included contractual obligations, creating new SLA's to monitor, recording and reporting vendor performance.
- Assists the Senior Contract Management Administrator in developing and updating procedures and policies.
- Assists the Senior Contract Management Administrator in audits.
- The ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in verbal and written communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the business area that is being supported.
- Self-directed and motivated.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, analyze and comprehend journals, audit reports, regulations and legal documents.
