Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Member & Guest Services Associate at Sutton Bay Golf. The Associate will be responsible for guest services, shuttles, and providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Qualifications
- Guest Services and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in reservations management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus
- Knowledge of golf industry or interest in golf is beneficial
