Salary and Benefits
The compensation package for this role includes a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus. Additionally, you will be eligible for student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, and participation in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans. Our 401(k) Retirement Plan and company-paid malpractice insurance coverage are also available to support your financial well-being and career goals.

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients, working collaboratively with your team to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes. Your daily activities may include morning huddles, planning your day, and engaging with patients to promote a positive image of the company. You will also have opportunities to participate in activities that highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, meeting goals, and teamwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure, and other certifications as required, such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification. Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults are essential qualities for this position.
