Duties and Responsibilities
This position involves traveling to various offices within your geographic area to provide dental services to patients. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct exams, and provide preventative care. You will also participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and let your team know how much you appreciate them. In addition, you will hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, coordinating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry and attending continuing education courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. You should also have a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Additionally, you may need certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults are essential qualities for this position. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary, attractive sign-on bonuses up to $50,000, and student loan repayment assistance up to $1000/month for specific locations.
