Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide dental services to patients with the support of their team.
- Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
- Partner with Dental Anesthesiologists on sedation cases.
- Utilize specialized support staff for Specialists.
- Participate in yearly OSHA and HIPAA training.
- Handle state insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix.
Requirements:
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and young adults.
