What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Crew Leader position at Sutton Landscaping?
We are seeking an energetic hard-working team player to work with a crew as a crew leader and serve as the face of our company, carrying out our vision to our clients.
Job Duties :
Lawn and landscape maintenance.
Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 lawn care workers.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
Requirements :
2 years of landscaping experience.
1 year management experience (Preferred).
Valid drivers license / experience driving trucks and pulling trailers.
Proficient with walk behind mowers, zero turn mowers, and 2 cycle equipment.
Must be able to lift, load, and carry up to 50lbs.
Familiar with Smart Devices / Applications.
Has or has the ability to obtain a registered tech spray license.
