Job Description
Forklift Operators are responsible to load and unload trailers. 95% of your time is spent on the forklift working with a team of other operators in an open, cross dock environment.
4:00AM Start Time **OR** 10:30PM Start Time
Start wage: $23/hr
Qualifications
At least one year experience operating a forklift in a cross dock environment. Loading and unloading trailers.

- Safe Forklift Operation:Operate sit down safely and efficiently to move, stack, and load/unload materials, ensuring the safety of yourself and others at all times.
- Inventory Management:Keep accurate records of materials and products handled, making note of quantities, locations, and any damages or discrepancies.
- Loading and Unloading:Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with precision, ensuring that goods are properly secured to prevent damage during transportation.
- Dock Management:Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the dock area, including removing debris and obstructions, and ensuring clear pathways for equipment and personnel.
- Quality Control:Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for any visible damage, report discrepancies, and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations and participate in safety training.
Qualifications
At least one year experience operating a forklift in a cross dock environment. Loading and unloading trailers.
- Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
