We are seeking to add a Well reliable account payable to our team! You will be responsible for managing and processing invoices and maintaining financial records in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and verifying invoices for good and services
- Processing and preparing checks or electronic payments
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions
- Processing and posting invoice transaction
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
- Previous experience in Accounting or other related fields
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
