Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Sr. Marketing Managers in executing marketing initiatives across hospitals.
- Replicate and schedule emails in client reminder systems, create promotional online booking links, and maintain hospital practice profiles in reminder systems.
- Pull marketing metrics to track the performance of promotions and campaigns.
- Update and adapt creative assets for different brands using Canva as needed.
- Manage the marketing request queue, assign tasks to subject matter experts, and coordinate with the Project Manager on larger projects.
- Maintain and update the project planner as marketing initiatives progress.
- Schedule all content in the social content management system, onboard and offboard users, and host quarterly training sessions. Engage with liaisons and provide best practices and trend insights.
- Manage Google and Meta account verifications, assist in maintaining access and permissions for hospital pages, and set up new channels as needed.
- Create content decks and resources aligned with the marketing content and promotion calendar.
- Support task management and maintain SOPs for recurring marketing operations.
- Assist with various marketing team projects and provide additional support to the Marketing Managers as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an agile environment.
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office 365, and project management tools such as Microsoft Planner or similar. Comfortable using AI-assisted tools such as Copilot.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Business, Meta, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze basic marketing metrics and provide insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving priorities.
- Some travel may be required (5-10%).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location business setting.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, marketing platforms, and marketing analytics preferred.
