What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remodeling, Handyman, Home repair position at Suwannee Sunshine Services LLC?
Pay based on experience. We offer a guaranteed $1.00 per hour raise every 6 months until you reach $20. After that raises are based on amount of responsibility on jobs taken.
Most important must have reliable transportation to jobsites.
Great work environment. We are looking for quality work not high speed production.
You will sometimes work as part of a team and other times independently on small home repairs.
- Perform a variety of tasks/ home repairs/ remodeling/ and painting in residential customers homes.
We have several employees with over 30 years experience. One of them is our trainer who will help you add remodel skills such as drywall repair and trim carpentry to your skills so you will not just earn money but also get paid to learn new skills.

- Previous experience in construction or related field required
- Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety procedures
- Experience with caulking, construction painting, remodeling
Please note that you will need transportation to the jobsite
