Description
Suzuki Marine is seeking a Department Manager that will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, as well as branding activities within the company. The role includes developing communication strategies with the objective of increasing brand awareness amongst the business’s target audience and to help increase brand awareness, exposure, and loyalty. The Department Manager leads marketing campaigns and works closely with the marketing team to ensure that they meet marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to propel business growth.
- Analyzing key marketing performance metrics, providing insights from market research, competitor analysis, campaign outcomes, and consumer trends.
- Adjusting the marketing plan based on findings and offering valuable insights to better understand the consumer and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Creation of POP resources with the marketing team to support the sales team’s effectiveness with accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing actionable plans to enhance the company’s advertising & marketing efforts.
- Managing and overseeing the annual marketing budget.
- Delivering an overview of all marketing activities aimed at boosting awareness and sales, including digital, print, media, social media, market research, direct marketing for current and new product offerings.
- Overseeing coordination with internal and external agencies regarding photo shoots, events, boat shows, etc.
- Offering development opportunities and guidance to the marketing team and marketing manager on work priorities, budgets, and resources.
- Market brand strategy to raise brand reputation and recognition.
