Boat Builder & Dealer Development Coordinator

Suzuki Marine is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Boat Builder and Dealer Development Coordinator to support the Order Desk, Marine Sales Administration Manager, and field sales staff. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations related to dealer and boat builder development, with a focus on new setups, business changes, and ongoing database maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with dealer networks, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the field sales team and Marine Sales Administration Manager for all new dealer and boat builder development activities.
• Process dealer and boat builder change packages, including new setups, ownership transfers, location/name changes, labor rate adjustments, and email/contact updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments (credit, sales, and executive) to ensure all documents are reviewed and approved in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update dealer and boat builder databases for internal records and website accuracy.
• Ensure all dealer and boat builder files are organized and electronically filed on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, and annually).
• Serve as a primary contact for internal teams and field staff regarding documentation requirements and dealer-related inquiries.
• Communicate with dealers and boat builders to ensure all changes are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist the sales and marketing departments with special projects and general marketing support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing administrative support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
