Suzy's Little Peanuts Day School is a NAEYC accredited, 5-STAR early childhood program serving the communities of Southern VT, providing high-quality childcare and preschool to children.
Suzy's Little Peanuts is seeking an energetic, passionate, professional and motivated teacher to join our team. Job responsibilities can include working with a co-teacher to create and prepare a curriculum following the VT Early Learning Standards, supervising, educating, and playing with children. Classroom ages at our centers can vary from 6 weeks- 2 years old, 2-3 years old, 3-6 years old, OR 5-10 years old.
Preference will be given to the candidate with an associates, bachelors degree or teaching license in the early childhood field and experience within the field.
CPR/First Aid Certification required with first three months of employment.
Location: Ascutney, Bellows Falls, Brookline, and Springfield, VT

Salary: $16.00 to $23.00 /hour (depending on education)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hour shifts within 7 am - 5:30 pm (with a 30 minute unpaid break). We can be flexible when scheduling staff shifts depending on preferences and child schedules.
