Transportation Services:
- Safely operate a vehicle to transport seniors to various destinations, including medical appointments, social events, and errands.
- Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.
Client Assistance:
- Assist seniors with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- Provide physical assistance as needed, including carrying groceries or other items.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transit.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Transportation Coordinator.
- Keep the vehicle fueled and ensure it is in good working condition.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and passenger logs.
- Complete any required documentation promptly and accurately.
Customer Service:
- Exhibit a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with all passengers.
- Address any concerns or questions from passengers courteously and promptly.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Participate in any required training sessions or meetings.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Experience in driving and working with seniors is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting passengers.
High level of reliability and punctuality.
Regular interaction with seniors, requiring patience and understanding.
Work may involve early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Capable of assisting passengers with mobility aids (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs).
