This program includes a hands-on, two-week training followed by a 12-week BDR Residency with a high-growth employer partner. During this time, residents gain valuable real-world experience, mentorship, and develop essential sales skills in a dynamic environment.

About the BDR Role

As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying and engaging with potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact, nurturing relationships, qualifying leads, and scheduling sales meetings to help drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
  • Educate potential clients on the company’s products and services.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Meet and exceed outreach, conversation, and meeting scheduling targets.
  • Learn and apply prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and sales best practices, while earning an industry-recognized Sales Certification.
