About the Residency:

This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive Customer Success Residency program. It includes a free one-week training period followed by a full-time, salaried 12-week Fellowship with one of our Employer Partners (EPs), a high-growth AI startup expanding into the U.S. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to kick-start your career in customer success.

As a Customer Success Representative, you will:

  • Support the company’s U.S. expansion by driving customer engagement, onboarding, and retention efforts.

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Product Teams to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.

  • Develop an understanding of the company’s AI, 3D, and e-commerce solutions to effectively support customers and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to success.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.

  • Provide training, support, and troubleshooting to customers using AI-powered solutions.

  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and development teams.

  • Track customer success metrics and drive engagement through proactive outreach.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve customer success processes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends in AI, e-commerce, and SaaS to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

  • Customer success or client-facing experience preferred (SaaS, e-commerce, or AI experience is a plus).

  • Previous experience in account management, customer support, or sales is highly preferred.

  • Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

  • Experience with CRMs, customer success platforms, or support software.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Compensation:

  • $65,000-$75,000
