This is your chance to participate in our comprehensive Business Development Representative (BDR) Residency Program. The program begins with a free, two-week training period, followed by a full-time, W2 salaried position (with benefits) in a 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to set them up for long-term success in sales.

About the BDR Role
Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the driving force behind a company’s sales engine. As a BDR, you’ll research prospects, connect with decision-makers, and schedule sales meetings to help fuel business growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, strategic outreach, and building meaningful relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent a tech company’s products and services, articulating their value to potential customers.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities using phone, email, and social networking platforms.
  • Schedule meetings between potential customers and Account Executives.
  • Achieve monthly targets for scheduled meetings, completed meetings, and qualified opportunities.
  • Gain hands-on experience with prospecting techniques, CRM tools, sales methodologies, and playbooks—all while earning a Sales Certification.
