What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of the sales organization, building high-value pipelines and helping businesses discover the value of the companies solutions.
You will:
- Prospect and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, social platforms, and events.
- Communicate the organization's value in a clear and compelling way to executive-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to generate quality opportunities and drive revenue.
- Research target accounts to uncover pain points and match them to offerings.
- Use various tech tools like Salesforce, Clari, Groove, and ZoomInfo to track activity and maintain pipeline health.
- Meet and exceed activity metrics and meeting targets.
- Receive hands-on training from SV Academy and industry experts, earning a Sales Certification to accelerate your growth.

Qualifications
- Interest or experience in prospecting, inside sales, tech, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Comfort with tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn is a plus (but not required).
