SV Microwave has an exciting opportunity for a driven, hardworking Manufacturing Engineer. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong desire to develop with a leading manufacturer.
As a Manufacturing Engineer at SV Microwave, you will
- Support the manufacturing floor in a technical capacity to ensure production meets quality and time standards
- Design tooling and processes for new product
- Improve existing methods and processes for cost reduction, decreased cycle and set-up times, and quality
- Initiate improvements based on yield, production time, rework, and other production metrics.
- Troubleshoot root cause design and component failures and field returns using both experimental and analytical methods. Recommend & implement corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering
- Excellent analytical and IT skills
- Working knowledge of CAD and engineering simulation tools
