JOB TITLE: Supervisor FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT
REPORTS TO: STORE MANAGER LOCATION: SPOOKY NOOK, OH

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Key Holder of SV Sports at the Spooky Nook location, you will be at the center of the local sports community. You will have the opportunity to help those athletes improve their game by providing a gold medal experience to all who flow through the door. Assists the Retail Store Manager and Assistant
Manager in the day-to-day operation of the retail store with the purpose of selling the SV Sports’ brand and vision for all athletes, coaches, and fans. Maintains and enforces high standards in merchandising, customer service, and store appearance.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrates and enforces a strong sense of customer service, satisfaction, and retention for all customers.
2. Regularly and consistently responds to customer needs.
3. Follows and enforces standard opening, closing and check in/out procedures per the Retail
Store Playbook.
4. Enforces and follows proper point of sale procedures.
5. Maintains and presents a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward job and company.
6. Performs other duties as may be assigned by Retail Store Manager.
7. Open and close the registers
8. Weekend availability is a must.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Work requires a proficient knowledge of business and a good command of the English language to effectively communicate with employees, management, and customers.
- Individuals must have demonstrated the ability to handle responsibility and understand the needs of the athletic customer.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Work requires continual attention to detail.
- Individuals must be able to stand for extended periods of time, stock shelves by climbing ladders or stairs, lift and move inventory up to 50 lbs., determine colors for merchandise stock and customer assistance, and work regular hours.
