What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the center of our firm’s operational pulse, spending your time:
🕒 60% Scheduling & Billing:

Coordinate staff assignments across projects and teams

Maximize utilization while fostering staff development

Monitor project progress and billing cycles

Analyze resource trends and recommend improvements
📊 20% Reporting & Analysis:

Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI

Provide leaders with data-driven staffing insights

Monitor performance metrics like utilization, leverage, and capacity

Present findings and influence business decisions
⚙️ 20% Operational Readiness:

Support internal systems and processes

Lead continuous improvement efforts

Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the client experience

Support tech rollouts and special projects
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Stats, or Business

4 years of experience in business operations, ideally in a professional services setting

Power BI proficiency and experience with ERP systems (Acumatica a plus!)

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
