Job Description:
SVA Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Associate to join our Business Applications Delivery team. This entry-level position is crucial in supporting the operations of our team by coordinating schedules between clients and SVA business consultants. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules between clients and SVA business consultants to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist in the operational support of the Business Applications Delivery team, enabling smooth workflow and project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and logistics.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate and up-to-date project timelines and status reports.
- Support the preparation of project documentation and client-facing materials.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Business Applications Delivery team as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Basic understanding of business software systems or ERP solutions.
- Experience navigating the Microsoft Office Suite
