As a Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client engagements, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality client service. You will collaborate with our friendly and supportive team, managing complex client engagements and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. This in-office position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility as needed. During the busy season, you can expect to dedicate 55 hours weekly, while summer Fridays are yours to enjoy.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree and at least nine years of public accounting experience, specializing in tax.
- A CPA or EA designation is required.
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects, mentor others, and deliver exceptional client service.
