Your role as an Accounting Supervisor will include overseeing accounting engagements, mentoring and developing staff, and building strong, lasting client relationships. You'll enjoy a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility as needed. During busy season, you'll lead the charge with a commitment of 55 hours per week, balanced by perks like summer Fridays off to recharge.
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor with a bachelor's degree, their CPA or EA designation, and at least 3 years of public accounting experience. You'll bring a strong technical foundation, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to guide and inspire teams to deliver their best work.
