Responsibilities:
- This role will provide financial support such as data entry related to customers, vendors and bookkeeping
- Issue invoices to customers
- Provide Project Managers with job costing support
- Ensure receivables are collected promptly
- Review vendor payables and statements
- Preparing reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) timely and accurately
- Ensure transactions are recorded timely and accurately

Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's (Preferred) degree in accounting, finance, business with 1-3 years’ experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent computer skills and comfortable with technology
