We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing food orders and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and sanitation standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen.
• Assist in food preparation and handling, ensuring all health regulations are followed.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Perform basic retail math calculations for accurate billing and cash handling.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
• Proficient in operating POS systems and performing basic math calculations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
