Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
Build and manage strong relationships with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to define long-term strategies that address complex global business challenges.
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve business objectives and facilitate decision-making with executive leadership.
Drive the implementation of best-in-class supply chain ecosystems.
Technology & Vendor Management:
Lead technology vendor selection, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for long-term cost savings.
Oversee global platforms, including Oracle EBS, B2B,integrated with Snowflake/ETL systems.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between IT and Supply Chain/Operations, ensuring effective project delivery and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, legal, HR, and finance, to drive organizational success.
Innovation & Best Practices:
Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices to improve team performance and system effectiveness.
Implement technology solutions that enable business transformation and enhance organizational efficiency.
Requirements
14 years of experience overseeing enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS, and supply chain solutions.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including hiring, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Proven experience deploying large-scale enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle EBS, and B2B).
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience collaborating across departments.
Demonstrated ability to manage application integration in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Experience in the semiconductor industry or familiarity with semiconductor business processes is a plus.
Knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake is advantage.
