Must be available to work : Monday thru Friday 9:00-2:00 or 2:30 pm and some Saturdays as needed 9:00-3:30 pm
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential in driving our business development efforts and enhancing our customer outreach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand client needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an inside sales or technology sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related technology is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer service is highly desirable.
