What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Administrative Assistant position at SVNA Home Assistance?
SVNA Home Assistance is seeking a 20 hour per week Administrative Assistant. The Assistant would be responsible for helping with general office tasks, such as scanning, filling and organizing our files both physically and within our cloud datbase. Other responsibilities include the following:
Key Responsibilities
Office & Supply Management
- Maintain office supply lists and place orders as needed.
- Handle unemployment documentation
- Ensure updated documents requiring signatures are completed.
Client & Caregiver Engagement
- Onboarding documentation
- Organize birthday, sympathy, and holiday cards for caregivers and clients.
- Create and maintain client folders.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys twice a year.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage website and social media presence.
- Inactivate clients by the 25th of each month.
- Assist the Director with essential communications, including but not limited to emailing staff, scheduling zoom meetings
- Taking notes at all meetings and submitting to Director
- Helping with tasks such as mailings
While Monday-Friday, 10 am - 2 pm would be ideal, we are willing to be flexible on work schedule with the right candidate. Must have able to work in a team environment and have excellent customer service skills.
