THE POSITION:
We’re looking for full and part-time Independent Skills Facilitators for our Hollister Supportive Living program.
- Assist clients in recognizing and identifying training and support needs
- Participate in futures planning and other client related meetings
- Collect and summarize data on client progress toward goals
- Train/teach skills identified on INSP
- Serve as advocate for clients with public and other agencies
- Carry cell phone for client emergencies

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must have valid California driver’s license
- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto liability insurance
- Must obtain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance
- Must pass post-job offer job-related physical exam including TB test
- First Aid/CPR certification (SVS will provide)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
