Duties
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between front and back of house.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including coffee offerings, to assist guests effectively.
- Implement hospitality management best practices to improve service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
