Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain strong guest relations will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or similar systems.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests.
