Job Overview
At SW Complete, we're seeking a skilled Technical Writer/Editor (Analyst labor categories) to join our Data Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for editing and maintaining high-quality documentation across various formats, including program plans, system test reports, procedures, design documentation, requirements, user manuals, training materials, presentations, meeting minutes, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit documents to ensure compliance with style, design, layout, specification, and grammar and spelling requirements
- Collaborate with authors, assigned stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain a better understanding of subject matter
- Proven ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail throughout
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to identify and use proper grammar
- Minimum 3 years' experience in MS Office Suite with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to create and modify styles, forms, and templates
Clearance Requirements
- TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' technical editing experience
- Expert knowledge on MS Office Products
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
- Experience with Visio
