Director of Data Science NLP, LLM, and GenAI

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy Development : Craft and implement strategies for ML modeling, LLM development, and fine-tuning to enhance model deployment and monitoring efficiency. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for NLP, LLM, and GenAI model development.
• Model Design and Development : Lead the design and creation of custom ML, GenAI, NLP, and LLM models for AI ML pipelines, ensuring they meet all technical and business requirements.
• Model Evaluation : Collaborate with the MLOps team to maintain robust evaluation tools, ensuring model performance, accuracy, and reliability. Implement optimizations to improve system efficiency.
• Model Deployment : Oversee the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Internal Collaboration : Work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, MLOps, machine learning engineers, and software engineers to integrate machine learning models smoothly into production systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with business and PM stakeholders in roadmap planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Mentorship : Recruit, develop, and mentor AI / ML, NLP, LLM, and GenAI talent, fostering professional growth and development.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of ML modeling processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Standards and Best Practices : Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and best practices in ML model development.
• Problem Solving : Troubleshoot complex issues related to machine learning model development and data pipelines, developing innovative solutions.
