This is a contract hybrid role for a Desk and Field Adjusters position at SWA Claims Management Services located in Plano, Frisco, and Houston TX. The role involves conducting field inspections, desk investigations, and determining coverage for claims. Some work from home is acceptable for this position.
Qualifications
- Claims adjusting experience and knowledge of insurance claims processes with a minum of 5 years field work completed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills working in Xactimate, Xact
Analysis, Time and Material, and Excel. Guidewire and ImageRight experience if possible.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Experience with property and casualty claims is a plus
- Adjuster's license is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
