Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule
- The CSR will be responsible for handling customer interactions, managing data entry tasks, and utilizing Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- This role requires strong customer service skills, accuracy in data processing, and proficiency in Excel formulas to support daily operations efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Korean.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized customer records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, conditional formatting) for data analysis and reporting.
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and document processing.
- Bilingual in Korean and English (both verbal and written communication).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Experience in data entry and customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relations skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus).).
