- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and drive restaurant sales.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle inventory management and supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate menu offerings and ensure consistent food quality.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and report to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
