Responsibilities include…
- Fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately by pulling, packing, and shipping products.
- Receiving incoming products, inspect for accuracy, and store them properly.
- Assisting walk-in customers with their needs. Providing technical information to help customers identify proper component options and performing basic technical product discovery.
- Assembling and customizing products as required.
- Documenting, filing, and organizing paperwork in alignment with our Quality Program.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to special projects, and advancing your career with training and development opportunities.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and shop floor.
- Learning about our business, customers, and products to enhance customer service.
- Contributing to our high-performance team by demonstrating teamwork and collaboration, while pitching in with other tasks as needed to achieve collective success.

Qualifications:
- Experience: No experience needed but 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Strong ability and desire to learn about our products and services, with a commitment to continuously improving product knowledge to better serve our customers.
- Ability to foster teamwork, collaboration, and a high-performance culture in a dynamic, open environment while balancing both team and individual responsibilities.
- Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Must consent to a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening. Employment is conditional upon successful completion of these requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to move between buildings and work in outdoor conditions as needed.
- Agility to operate warehouse equipment, including a carousel and forklift.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment that may involve dust, grease, or other elements.
