Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, confirm reservations, and manage the waitlist with professionalism and poise. -
Seating Coordination:
Manage the seating chart to maximize table turnover while balancing guest flow and minimizing wait times. -
Reservation Management:
Accurately take phone and online reservations, answer questions about the restaurant, and provide information about menu offerings and special events. -
Guest Services & Problem Resolution:
Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and ensure guest satisfaction by coordinating with management and staff as needed. -
Communication with Staff:
Maintain effective communication with the servers, kitchen, and management to ensure a smooth service flow, updating staff on table statuses and guest needs. -
Ambiance & Presentation:
Ensure that the host area, entrance, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing, enhancing the upscale atmosphere of Swahili Village. -
Event Support:
