MBC Construction is seeking a Paving Operator for our paving division for our concrete construction companies.

Concrete Paving Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate Gomaco 2 Track Paver w/Trimble PCS900 Grade Control
- Operate Gomaco Commander 3 w/Trimble PCS900 Grade Control
- Monitor, adjust and maintain grade and alignment on 3D equipped Concrete Paver/Trimmer
- Assist in machine setup and width changes
- Conduct pre-operational checks of equipment and assist with maintenance
- Operate construction equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations
Qualifications-
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating slip form paver with grade control
- Experience on multiple pieces of construction equipment
- Exercises extreme attention to detail while performing accurate work in accordance with the details, dimensions and intervals as shown on the plans
- Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks: organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
Minimum Requirements:
- 1yr experience with slip form paver OR 2yrs experience with grading equipment using Trimble grade control
- Experience on multiple pieces of construction equipment
- Possess a valid driver s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment urine drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment
- Ability to work outside in heat, cold and inclement weather.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
